Here's a festive edition of the UK's Biggest Chart Show
YouTube star and Dad, LadBaby, claims Christmas Number One of 2018 on The Official Vodafone Big Top 40 Chart with Marvin Humes and Kat Shoob! Knocking Mark Ronson and Miley Cyrus off to second place!
Our first new entry on The Vodafone Big Top 40 Chart this week, comes from Ariana Grande with "Santa Tell Me". This festive tune from Ariana has featured in the chart across the Christmas period before and was released back in 2013. It charts at number 36 this week.
The Lake Poets give us our second new entry this week, at number 33 with "Shipyards". Where will it end up in the chart next week?
Pogues feat. Kirsty MacColl are in the Christmas Eve eve chart again this week, charting at number 31, with their classic Christmas tune "Fairytale Of New York".
Because it's only two sleeps to go until Santa visits, we're listing all of the Christmas tunes that make it into the chart for the week. Shakin' Stevens has moved up two places from last week. "Merry Christmas Everyone" charts at number 28.
The Fire Tones have slipped down the chart this week to number 27 with their spin-off version of Band Aid's Do They Know It's Christmas. "Do They Know It's Christmas? (Feed the World)" was at number eight last week.
People must be getting into the festive mood as Chris Rea's "Driving Home For Christmas" has also moved up the chart this week, to number 21. It was at number 37 on the chart last week.
Up next, the original version of "Do They Know It's Christmas?" by Band Aid, has also moved up the chart, going from number 24 to number 20!
Roy Wood & Wizzard have also moved up the UK's Biggest Chart Show this week to number 19 with "I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday".
Although we've only two more sleeps to go, Leona Lewis is jumping ahead with "One More Sleep", which has also moved up the chart to number 17.
This festive classic with the late great, George Michael, "Last Christmas" by Wham! has moved down the chart to number 15 this week.
Mariah Carey's Xmas favourite "All I Want For Christmas Is You", is a non-mover from last week, charting at number 14.
Today's guest, Freya Ridings, joined hosts Marvin Humes and Kat Shoob in the Big Top 40 studio in London for a chat. They dug out some of her old songs and she covered them. Freya mentioned that her tune "Lost Without You" has been featured in many break-up scenes on TV and she feels sorry for people when this happens!
She also mentioned that 2019 will be busy and big for her. Her studio album will be released at some point in the year and she'll be going on tour, too! We'd love to go.
This week, Freya Ridings has moved up the chart from last week to number six, just missing out on the top Christmas 5.
Last week's number one from Mark Ronson and Miley Cyrus - "Nothing Breaks Like a Heart" - slips to number two, meaning we have a brand new number one for Christmas! "Nothing Breaks Like a Heart" only managed one week at number one.
YouTube star and Dad, LadBaby (real name Mark), was also guest on the show this afternoon. Joining Marvin and Kat on FaceTime, he was talking about his track "We Built This City on Sausage Rolls".
He sounded both shocked and stunned when it was announced he's knocked Mark Ronson and Miley Cyrus off of the top spot to claim Christmas number one of 2018! His tune has been raising money for charity.
Will LadBaby make it two weeks at the top? Find out with us and The Official Vodafone Big Top 40 team next Sunday. The UK's biggest chart show is LIVE every Sunday from 4-7pm.
