We've now got our first insight for what Samsung's Galaxy Watch 3 may look like

Ever since the rumours started, we've been monitoring the developments of the so-called Galaxy Watch 3 from Samsung, which is set to be their next major smartwatch.

As well as knowing some of the specifications that Galaxy Watch 3 could bring with it, we've finally got our first look at what the front of the wearable wrist device looks like.

The leaked images have been published on certification website for South Korea, NRRA and we have MySmartPrice to thank for finding them.

In a small table with information next to the images, which can be seen below, you'll notice the name of the device is set to be called 'Galaxy Watch 3'. We can also see two different models. One could be the smaller version, reported to be 41mm and keeping with the same hunch, the other being the larger 45mm model.

Looking at the watch face itself and the surrounding areas, it appears the physical rotating bezel is set to feature on the Galaxy Watch 3, like it did on the first Galaxy Watch which was released back in 2018.

Where's the Galaxy Watch 2? Well instead of releasing it last year, Samsung opted to release the Galaxy Watch Active 2, so the name 'Galaxy Watch 3' suggests a huge jump for the new product.

Like the Galaxy Watch and Galaxy Watch Active 2, there is also expected to be to be a Wi-Fi only and LTE version.

Taking another look back at the images, the Galaxy Watch 3 looks to come with two buttons on the right side of the watch's frame and the the Galaxy Watch, these buttons are expected to be a Home and Back buttons.

The watch will have a built in GPS, and its normal dose of health and fitness features that Samsung packs into all of its smartwatches. It is claimed to have a 5ATM rating which means the watch will be water resistant up to 50 meters for 10 minutes at a time.

Again, it has also been suggested the Galaxy Watch 3 will have 8GB of onboard storage and 1GB RAM. It is also expected to run Samsung's Linux-based Tizen operating system, which all of Samsung's past smartwatches also use.

Depending on what size of watch you decide to purchase, it could come fitted with a 247mAh or 340mAh battery.
